personnel in washington about the attack on the state's house where ambassador stevens and other americans were hiding out. the shelter we know was a cia state house was a kilometer away from the consulate and the new e-mail was sent at 11:57 on september 11th the night of the attack while the attack was still underway. it didn't say anything about an angry mob that was enrageed by a movie trailer but it says state department personnel were under attack by mortar fire. even though we now know within hours that they were under attack by mortar fire we also now know the man in custody right now connected to the attacks posted something on facebook about what was going on right around the time that it was happening on the 11th of september. secretary clinton said yesterday that didn't mean anything concrete. >> posting something on facebook is not in and of itself evidence

i think it just under scores how fluid the reporting was at the time and continued for some time to be. >> secretary clinton also said yesterday that despite what all of these leaked e-mails say the press shouldn't jump to conclusions. >> the independent accountability review board is already hard at work looking at erg not cherry picking one story here or one document there. but looking at everything which i highly recommend as the approach yacht approach to something as complex as an attack like this. >> mike rogers republican from michigan looks at these e-mails differently than secretary clinton. he thinks the evidence is more solid and he doesn't think the explanation are howill hold up

house situation room the white house knew. >> they knew everything that was going on in spite of what their claims are. they knew it was terrorist related. does that mean on the night of september 11th the president of the united states went to bed knowing that the first ambassador in 30 years and other americans were killed or under fire then he goes and takes off to vegas, is that possible that all happened? and they were available to retaliate? >> that is exactly what we need to find out. he needs to answer the question what did you know when you went to bed that night? did you go to bed while this attack was still ongoing? >> charles krauthammer also talking about libya offering his take about what thow the administration responded to what they did. >> the stories have one untruth on top of another. the fact that it was an incompetent coverup is not an argument of it being a cover up. a lot of crimes and other stuff

voters in 23 counties in florida are receiving letters claiming to be from their election supervisor. the letter says voters have to resubmit because they are no longer citizens and could be imprisoned if they try to vote. the mail appears to be an intimidation tactic targeting republicans. >> it's not identifying a person's ethnic background. it's really identifying what appears to be republicans and what is refer to do super republicans and the fact that they vote every election. >> the fbi is now investigating. president obama on "the tonight show"" his third time since taking initiative. the rules are going out the window for halloween. >> she takes healthy eating seriously, but it is an election year so candy for everybody.

bahamas and maintain it's hurricane strength. what happens over the next several days we think this storm is going to hug the coastline and eventually perhaps make land fall as an extra tropical system much like a nor' easter. a very strong nor' easter with hurricane force winds. we could have strong storm surge and flooding rainfall for millions of millions of people. let's take a look at the track at 5:00 a.m. it's a brand new track. category 2 storm still expected to be category 2 in the next 24-hours stim a category 1 friday and saturday. you will fee potential of tropical storm force winds look what happens as we head into this weekend and early next week. this will be absorbed by a cold front and backtracked in toward the mid atlantic and northeast. i want to show you a reliable forecast model that is performed very well all season. this forecast model brings it right into the peninsula as a

together as we would like. this may be much like the perfect storm in 91 where the hurricane was absorbed by the cold front and became a super storm a perfect storm. this could potentially happen. border line category 3 storm when it made land fall. it was a category 3 it lost steam category 2 at 1.5 miles per hour. look at the satellite imagery scraping across south florida. could have the potential for going into a tornado as it moves north up toward the bahamas and east coast of florida. watch the track. this is 5:00 a.m. we get an advisory with each track we have to be really careful. we want to make sure anywhere from the carolinas to the northeast we are prepared. we think a cold front will absorb this storm and push it back toward the northeast potentially for a land fall. it won't be a hurricane but we

freddie mac between 2005 and 2007. they took a program called hustle which intentionally designs processed loans at high speeds without quality checkpoints. they sold the loans fraudulent or otherwise defective to fannie mae and freddie mac which got stuck in $1 billion in losses and foreclosures when the loans defaulted. b of a says it has been working with fanny and freddie to buy back the mortgages it is responsible for. bank of america has stepped up and acted responsibly to resolve mortgage matters to claim we have purchased loans from fannie mae is simply false. they scant expect to claim losses that were caused by the economic downturn. we could see this play out in court. jp morgan chase are facing similar accusations. >> diane macedo. thank you.
